It's nice that it's pretty by the river. The only downside is that the water in the sink doesn't drain well (the hot water doesn't come out, so I shower with cold water lol

The cleanliness of the accommodation is low. There were dozens of huge dead ants in the bathroom shower.
I was so shocked when I washed my feet. When I cleaned the bathroom, they all washed away with water. There were many dead bugs in the room. I even saw one alive.
The water in the pool is dirty.
The reception is far away and there is no phone in the room.
The biggest advantage is the river view.
It is nice to see the sunset and the morning sunlight.
The 3rd floor is the highest. We were at the very end of the building on the 2nd floor of Building E. The music is loud until midnight at the Tongkan Cafe next door. If you go to bed early, please take this into consideration when choosing your room.

Hotel room: no closet, no storage space for clothes or suitcases, bathroom with nothing to hang towels on or inadequate, cats running around everywhere sitting on the laundry on the terrace in the restaurant between your legs.
Quality of the food, if you like it
Outdoor area: some rusty metal chairs, no seat cushions
2 menus for around 100 seats/guests
Pool: inadequate lounging options, very dangerous pool border with sharp tile edges or protruding screws

Great location on the banks of the river. Very peaceful setting. Comfortable rooms. Good staff. Decent breakfast. It's pet friendly and they do have a cat sanctuary on the grounds.

Excellent service, all front office staff are great, especially Chote who was kind enough to carry our luggage to the third floor. Very polite and respectful, location, cafe, aesthetics are all on point, quiet and beautiful, all rooms have a river view. Hotel is by the river.
